Gently pull your eyelid to the side and slightly up using your index finger. Dip the built-in brush into the CAILYN Gel Eyeliner. Draw a line across the upper lid as close to your lashes as possible. Fill in the gap between lashes if desired. Allow the gel to dry completely before opening your eyes.
